The gym is a few steps from my office. I literally have no excuses to miss any kind of training. Why do people find it hard to wake up early? Maybe if I convince myself that it’s not a big deal, I would actually get up like a boss and not sluggishly as I did today. Nonetheless I am here now, about to take on the first challenge. Here goes! 💪
58.5 kg?! Shit.
We had our orientation and initial weigh in today for the 6in4 Best Body Co Challenge and damn. I was surprised to see my weight shoot up to 58.5 kg – the heaviest I have been in my entire life.
I have always been into sports growing up – mainly football and badminton – and have always gone to the gym on and off since 2015. Fitness is a big part of my life and even now when I make sure to go to the gym at least 3x a week for cardio and strength training, it does not make up for bad eating habits and poor lifestyle choices.
I signed up for a meal plan service to help me keep track of my nutritional intake. NO SUGAR FOR A MONTH. Tough. But I can do it.
I want to gain back the body that I loved and worked hard for, and I am extremely motivated to make this happen.
